How to request deletion

Send a deletion request to jasper@zuyderwijkmedia.nl from the email address connected to your FitOnePro account, or include enough information for us to identify the correct account or company workspace.

If you use FitOnePro through a coach, club or company, you may also request deletion through that organization so the request can be verified in context.

What to include

Please include your full name, the email address connected to the account, the relevant coach or company name if known, and whether you want account closure only or deletion of associated personal data where legally possible.

What happens next

We may need to verify your identity or confirm the workspace connected to your account before deleting data.

Once verified, we will process the deletion request within a reasonable period, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention or accounting retention requirements.

What may be retained

Some records may need to be retained where required for legal compliance, payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, dispute handling or security auditing.

Where full deletion is not legally or operationally possible, we will limit retained data to the minimum required purpose.
