How to request deletion

Send a deletion request to Zuyderwijk Media B.V. at jasper@zuyderwijkmedia.nl from the email address connected to your FitOnePro account, or include enough information for us to identify the correct account or company workspace.

If you use FitOnePro through a coach, club or company, you may also request deletion through that organization so the request can be verified in context.

What to include

Please include your full name, the email address connected to the account, the relevant coach or company name if known, and whether you want account closure only or deletion of associated personal data where legally possible.

What happens next

We may need to verify your identity or confirm the workspace connected to your account before deleting data.

Once verified, we will normally process the request within one month. Where a legally permitted extension is needed because a request is complex or numerous, we will explain this to the requester.

Deletion covers applicable FitOnePro profile, coaching and communication data, including WhatsApp contact, consent and message-status records and AI-related records linked to the account, unless a record must be retained for one of the reasons below.

WhatsApp opt-out is immediate

You do not need to delete your FitOnePro account to stop WhatsApp messages. Change the WhatsApp preference in FitOnePro or reply STOP. We may keep a minimal suppression record so that the opt-out continues to be respected.

What may be retained

Some records may need to be retained where required for legal compliance, payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, dispute handling or security auditing.

Where full deletion is not legally or operationally possible, we will limit retained data to the minimum required purpose.
