Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using FitOnePro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use FitOnePro on behalf of a company, club or coaching business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on that organization’s behalf.

Service scope

FitOnePro provides digital tools for coaching operations, training delivery, planning, communication, member management, growth workflows and related experiences.

Specific features, entitlements or commercial terms may vary by plan, role or company setup.

Accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, keeping your credentials confidential and using the service lawfully and professionally.

You must not misuse FitOnePro, interfere with platform security, upload unlawful content or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data or infrastructure.

Platform content and availability

Coaches, companies and members remain responsible for the content they upload, schedule, send or manage through FitOnePro.

We may update, improve, restrict or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary for product development, operations, legal compliance or security.

Payments and commercial terms

Paid plans, platform fees, billing intervals or other commercial arrangements may apply depending on the FitOnePro subscription or service package in use.

Unless stated otherwise in a separate commercial agreement, fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.

Liability and contact

FitOnePro is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we limit liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
